Eight ways we make your business run and grow more intelligently

Grouped by the outcome they produce rather than by the technology behind them. Most engagements combine two or three.

What does Aqlyst actually do?

Aqlyst builds intelligent systems across eight capability areas: AI agents and applications, intelligent automation, intelligent marketing, data and decision intelligence, mobile and SDK engineering, cloud and integration, digital experiences, and Microsoft solutions. Each stands alone, and most engagements combine two or three around one business outcome.

Build intelligently

AI agents, applications, mobile apps, websites, portals, and cloud platforms — designed to reach production, not just demo well.

  • Mobile & SDK Engineering

Native and cross-platform apps, the SDKs inside them, and the production failures nobody else can reproduce.

  • Cloud & Integration

Cloud architecture, APIs, and identity designed so failures are loud, retries are safe, and cost is predictable.

  • Digital Experiences

Websites and portals that load fast, meet accessibility standards, and turn visits into conversations.

Operate intelligently

Automation, integrations, workflows, analytics, and decision systems that replace manual handoffs with governed processes.

  • Intelligent Automation

Manual, disconnected processes become governed automated workflows that reduce effort and accelerate decisions.

  • Microsoft Solutions

Deep specialization across the Microsoft platform, with an honest read on where it is the wrong fit.

Grow intelligently

Marketing automation, SEO, AI search visibility, content intelligence, campaigns, and conversion — connected to measurement you can act on.

  • Intelligent Marketing

Content, customer data, automation, search, and analytics connected into one measurable growth system.

What intelligent systems deliver

The six results we measure on every engagement, agreed at framing and reported afterwards — never assumed.

Speed
Cycle times fall from days to minutes.
Visibility
One agreed set of numbers, trusted across the business.
Governance
Secure, compliant, and auditable from week one.
Experience
Interfaces people actually want to use.
Adoption
Usage measured and grown, not assumed.
Growth
Found by customers — in search and in AI answers.

Before you get in touch

Yes, and most engagements do. An AI agent needs governed data behind it, a customer portal needs an identity model, and marketing needs a site that performs — so a piece of work that looks like one capability usually draws on two or three. We scope it as one engagement with one owner rather than as separate projects that have to be coordinated.

No, and it is usually a mistake to. A narrow first engagement that reaches production teaches everyone how the organization actually makes decisions, where the data really lives, and who needs to approve what. That knowledge makes the second, larger piece of work considerably more predictable.

No. Microsoft is one of eight capability areas and a deep specialization, and it is the right answer when your identity, data, and users already live there. We also build outside it — Next.js applications, non-Microsoft integrations, and marketing platforms of the client's choice. We will tell you when the platform is the wrong fit.

Describe the problem in your own words rather than trying to map it to a service. Most first conversations start with a symptom — approvals taking three weeks, two reports disagreeing, a pilot that never shipped — and the capability follows from that. Naming the right service is our job, not yours.

Framing work can usually begin within two to three weeks of a first conversation. Build work follows the framing rather than running in parallel with it, because starting a build before the outcome and the data definitions are agreed is the most reliable way to produce something that has to be redone.

Next step

Not sure where to start?

Describe the problem in your own words. Working out which capability it belongs to is our job, and the answer is often not the one people expect.

We reply to every message, usually within one business day.
